Confirm the handover date, whether the work is complete and when you can arrange a viewing. The development materials show the plans, not the apartment’s current condition.
What comes with the apartment?
Ask for an inventory, an appliance list and details of any allocated parking space. Meter readings and the number of keys should be recorded at handover.
Who do you contact, and how do you pay?
Agree how to report repairs, when payments are due, how utilities are billed and whom to contact. Please do not send identity documents through the public contact form.
