The Królewicza Park specification includes kitchen cabinets, a worktop, sink and tap, extractor, 60 cm dishwasher, oven and induction hob.

Here’s the planned finish specification and what still needs to be confirmed before handover.
Bathroom fittings
The schedule includes fittings, a toilet, a vanity unit with a basin and a mirror. Whether there is a bath or shower depends on the apartment.
Interior finishes
The specification includes internal doors, vinyl flooring, skirting boards, tiles and lighting. Colours and individual items will be confirmed in the apartment’s documentation.
Furniture and additional appliances
The kitchen offer does not include a freestanding fridge. The fridge, washing machine and loose furniture need to be covered separately in the preparation and handover inventory.
Parking
Both developments include underground parking in their plans. Any allocated space and associated charge will be specified in the individual lease.
Shared spaces and outdoor areas
The development presentation includes playgrounds and apartments with balconies or gardens. These features are not included with every apartment.
The detailed materials schedule is labelled Królewicza Park. It should not be treated as the confirmed specification for every apartment in the other development. The handover record confirms the furnishings and whether an apartment is ready to occupy.
