Where the apartment details come from
Apartment numbers, floor areas, entrances and floors come from the final schedules of selected units in Królewicza Park and Bocianie Gniazdo 2. Room counts are read from the development’s floor plans and include the living room. These details do not replace current handover documents.
About the proposed rents
The rents come from a draft pricing schedule in the investment model. They are not a market valuation or an offer approved by the owner, so they are labelled as proposed rents. Service charges and utilities are not included.
Availability
“Planned rental” means an apartment intended for future letting, with no confirmed handover date. “Available”, “Reserved” and “Let” are used once the apartment’s status has been updated. An enquiry does not reserve an apartment.
Photos, renderings and floor plans
Renderings show the planned development. Where apartment photos are not yet available, clearly identified floor plans are shown instead. A plan may depict a typical layout or its mirror image. Furniture shown on a plan is not a list of furnishings included in the rent.
What works on this site
This is a static apartment catalogue. Tenant accounts, payments and document management need a separate system. The contact form currently prepares an enquiry for you to copy; it does not send it automatically.
