with us works.
Start with an apartment you like, then talk through the terms. You’ll know what is included before you decide.
Then, a layout that works for you.
Check the floor area, floor, room count and layout. Save your favourites or compare up to three apartments.
We confirm availability and the full costs.
Tell us which apartment interests you. We’ll confirm availability, timing, rent, furnishings and the full costs.
There’s time to see the apartment in person.
Once the apartments are ready, a viewing can be arranged. Renderings are no substitute for seeing the apartment and its documentation.
Your lease sets out the terms.
The tenancy length, deposit, charges and conditions of use should all be clear before you sign.
And then, it’s time for the keys.
Handover will include a written record, meter readings, an inventory and details of whom to contact about your tenancy.
Before you decide
You might be wondering…
Does the rent include all charges?
No. The amount shown is the proposed base rent only. Service charges, utilities, internet and any parking charges need to be confirmed separately.
When can I move in?
That depends on the handover and preparation of the individual apartment. A listing here does not confirm immediate availability.
Will the apartments be furnished?
Different furnishing options are planned. The final furniture list has not yet been set for each apartment. The agreed inventory should be attached to the lease and handover record.
Can I bring a pet?
Pets are considered individually for the apartment you choose.
Does an enquiry reserve an apartment?
No. Sending an enquiry or saving an apartment does not reserve it or create a lease.
Is the tenant portal available yet?
Not yet. The portal is planned, but this version is not connected to tenant accounts, payments or documents.
